​The Programme

  • Three months paid internship (£21,000 pro-rata)
  • Hybrid internship with offices in London and Oxford
  • Buddy and mentor on the programme to support your personal development

Who can apply?

  • You must be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the summer placement.
  • Be from a Black, Asian, and ethnic minority background
  • Available to take part in the internship from July 2023 to September 2023
  • Be in your penultimate or final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate university degree, or have graduated in 2021 or 2022
  • Predicted or obtained 2:1 or 1st in any undergraduate university degree
  • Be able to commit to all aspects of the programme
