The Trustees are responsible for ensuring the good governance of the Windsor Fellowship. The Trustees are also the charity legal Directors. Together, the Board brings together a range of skills and knowledge and includes recent graduates of the organisation’s programmes.
Kevin Coutinho

Kevin is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Windsor Fellowship (winning The Guardian Public Service Leadership Excellence award and was awarded an MBE in the King’s 2025 Birthday Honours). He is a Group 11 Graduate Windsor Fellow, sponsored by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and was previously the Director of Higher Education and Employment Programmes at the Windsor Fellowship.
In addition, Keivn is a member of the council at the British Science Association and a School Governor at his secondary school, Salvatorian College.

Kevin is an equalities practitioner within higher education (HE) and the voluntary sector with 18 years’ experience in the sector (Cambridge, Oxford, Birkbeck College, LSHTM and UCL).
He currently works at London Metropolitan University, is the Senior Independent Governor at Cardiff Metropolitan University, an adviser to the University of Galway, and an Athena SWAN and Race Equality Charter chair for Advance HE. He also runs a consultancy focusing on higher education, inclusion strategy and policy work.

the co-chair of the League of European Research Universities EDI Policy Group (2020-22)
Chair/Co-chair of the Higher Education Race Action Group (HERAG) (2015-21), an HE sector-wide body that promotes race equality
Chair of the Russell Group LGBT Council (2010-12), a group seeking to encourage better LGBTQ+ practice in higher education
an adviser to the Faraday Institution, an organisation promoting battery technology in the UK (2018-25)
a member of the Advance HE EDI Committee (2021-2022)
a member of the council at Linnean Society (2020-23)
a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee of the Royal Society of Chemistry (2018-24)
an elected member (2009-13) of the University of Cambridge’s Board of Scrutiny, serving as secretary in 2013.
Faeeim Nori

Faeeim Nori was appointed to the Board of Trustees in October 2012. He is a graduate of the Windsor Fellowship Passport to Employment Programme.

Faeeim Nori was appointed to the Board of Trustees in October 2012. He is a graduate of the Windsor Fellowship Passport to Employment Programme.
Faeeim is a primary school teacher working in Cambridgeshire. He graduated from the Royal Holloway, University of London in 2008. He completed his PGCE in 2010 and completed his Master’s in Education at the University of Cambridge.
In 2010, he received the Helga Todd Award and worked with trainee teachers and graduate students in Himachal Pradesh in northern India. Faeeim is the previous President of the CUSU Black and Minority Ethnic Students’ Campaign.

Rah Shah was appointed to the Board of Trustees in October 2012.

Rah Shah was appointed to the Board of Trustees in October 2012.
Raj is a Chartered Certified Accountant with 35 years’ experience. He has several roles including the Chief Accountant for the Printing Division of Cambridge University Press. He has lectured in Accounting and Taxation at Cambridge Regional College for over 20 years was an elected Councillor for Cambridge City between 2006 and 2011.
Raj currently runs his own accounting practice and is a member of a Valuation Tribunal Service panel that deals with Business Rates and Council Tax disagreements. He is also active in several charities including the Cambridge Indian Association, Cintra – Interpretation Agency, Arthur Rank House – Hospice and TOPS – A Charity that helps elderly with their tax matters.
