The Windsor Fellowship Alumni (WFA) is a network of inspiring, intelligent and culturally diverse individuals who have shared experience of completing or previously working on a Windsor Fellow development programme. They have gone on to be influential in diverse fields spanning private, public and third sectors.
Five of existing Windsor Fellowship staff are Alumni, others have volunteered as mentors or assessors and in other ways. All of our alumni are characterised by a passion to bring about positive change in society – giving back what they have learned by working with us, or bringing about change in their communities or wider society.
