Our history dates from the 17th century. Our work is to break cycles of financial deprivation for people living in Lambeth. By changing individual Lambeth lives we’re helping build Lambeth’s social capital and economic growth, reducing inequality and helping nurture our borough’s rich and varied communities. We offer a hand up, not a hand out, and seek to tackle poverty by creating opportunity. Find out more about the Walcot Foundation.
The Windsor Fellowship is very pleased to announce that it is recruiting to the Junior Fellowship Programme, sponsored by the Walcot Foundation.
The Junior Fellowship Programme is free to parents/guardians, the school and the student. We are seeking students who are able to commit to the two year programme and have the potential to succeed – but could use some additional support to get there. The programme is a two year Leadership and Personal Development programme for students who started Year 10 in September 2020 and who either live or study in the London Borough of Lambeth. The Junior Fellowship Programme complements the students’ school experience, enhances their academic and social capabilities and empowers participants to make choices about their goals and their future direction.
Over a two-year period, through a combination of experiential one-day workshops, day trips and events, students are able to develop their skills, networks and key competences. Windsor Fellowship works in partnership with parents and schools to ensure a strong foundation and support are provided to students. This partnership approach helps to maximise the success of the programme for everyone.
Students, Parent/Guardians can register your interest in the Junior Fellowship Programme.
We will contact you with further information and answer your questions.
Programme commences January 2021.
