Paid internship opportunity with Partners Group, one of the largest private markets investment managers in the world. 

The Windsor Fellowship in partnership with Partners Group are offering penultimate year undergraduates the opportunity to experience working in a global, dynamic and client-oriented investment environment.



The internship with Partners Group will provide talented candidates with the ideal opportunity to develop additional skills and to acquire hands-on experience in the world of finance. The internship will help you build a valuable professional network and key business relationships.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Penultimate year of undergraduate degree

  • On course for at least 2:1 degree

  • Able to commit to a 4-6 week internship starting in July at the  London and/or Switzerland offices

  • Be a British/EU/Commonwealth national with no restrictions on living and working in the UK

  • Attend Insight Session at Partners Group

Analyst Intern


For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial organisation, someone who is a self-starter and possesses strong numerical, networking and organisation skills. 


Key attributes will include:


  • Currently studying for an undergraduate degree ideally with an emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or Economics 

  • Understanding of private equity, investment banking, management consulting or similar 

  • Strong analytical abilities and financial modelling skills, paired with a strong desire to learn and develop 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with an ability to work well as part of a team 

  • Fluent English (written and spoken), another European language is a plus but not required 

  • Strong and demonstrated work ethic 



Sales Intern


The successful candidate will have an understanding of the financial services industry either by way of prior work experience, degree course curriculum and/or extra-curricular activities.


Key attributes will include: 


  • General knowledge and awareness of sales management 

  • Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels 

  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility 

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed 

  • Proactive hands on approach 

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Willingness to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
