Ways to Get Involved
Insight Sessions: Sharing your career journey in engineering to encourage the next wave of engineering talent.
Speed Networking: Meeting and networking with GEEP participants and helping them understand how to successfully access career pathways at your company.
Mentoring: Working with one participant over a six-month period, helping them to develop and refine their career goals in engineering. Online training available from 3-5pm on either 29 October or 26 November 2021.
Skills and Competency Development sessions: Setting exercises or case studies to help participants develop their presentation, team working or task management skills.
Internships/ Work Placements/ Work shadowing: Offering GEEP participants an opportunity to support general or project-specific work for a fixed period to gain first-hand experience and help them make an informed career choice.
Help develop on-line resources: Supporting the development of online resources for GEEP participants
Invite GEEP participants to organisational engagement events/activities: Opportunity to share events and activities with GEEP participants.
