Programme Overview

The Windsor Fellowship in partnership with BAE Systems are offering the ‘Futures in Engineering’ programme which consists of a 12 week summer internship with BAE Systems with professional mentoring. The programme is for undergraduates in their penultimate year who are from groups currently underrepresented in BAE Systems – namely, women and/or from a Black and Asian minority ethnic group.  The internship and mentoring programme will give successful candidates an opportunity to enhance their business and technical skills as well as a genuine insight into working in one of BAE System’s UK businesses.

The internship will enable candidates to put theory into practice, learn from colleagues who are experts in their field, and gain insights that can only come from real world experience.
