The WF works closely with a number of schools across London providing support and development programmes for pupils at secondary school level. The programmes are tailored specifically to each school that applies. We do not accept applications from individual students.

The Windsor Fellowship is working in partnership with the Royal Society to deliver Destination STEMM, a one year mentoring programme for Year 13 Black students living or studying in Greater London.  The Programme is seeking students who are currently in Year 12 studying A-Level or equivalent in STEMM subjects and considering a career in a STEMM subject.

The Junior Fellowship is a programme that works to empower young people in years 10 and 11, equiping them with improved personal skills and academic results as well as vocational awareness.

This programme facilitates the growth of a dialogue between young people in the US and UK. After several training schemes based in the UK, participants will travel to the US for several weeks and continue their skills training there.
