Welcome
The Windsor Fellowship (WF) is a unique organisation that runs personal development and training programmes targeting talented Black and Asian students in the UK.
Partnerships
We do this
by partnering with leading organisations from the private
and public sectors as well as developing relationships
with schools and universities throughout the UK.

Our values
Our fundamental values are:
Education,
employment and citizenship
Our ultimate objective is to ensure that the brightest
and best can become leaders irrespective of colour
or creed. We do this by facilitating excellence in
education, employment and citizenship.
Diversity
The WF was created in 1986 as a
means of ensuring the ethnic diversity of senior management
positions reflected that of our society. Since inception,
our programmes have expanded to target Secondary Students,
Teachers as well as tailored schemes for sponsoring companies.
Currently, we have offices in Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds with
our headquarters in London.
